Comet eyewear wants you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase with us online. So in the unlikely event that you are not happy with the item that you have purchased including warranty claims, Contact us within 14 days of invoice via email for return approval, shipping charges will be at you expense. Please note that we do not accept items returned in used condition. The item being returned must be complete and in its original condition free from any wear and tear i.e. scratches, marks, blemishes; we cannot accept any item with any indication that it has been used. Comet eyewear will gladly offer a store credit or refund minus shipping on properly retuned items under this policy. Warranty claims must be claimed with in 30 days of invoice, and be accompanied by original invoice for warranty approval.

It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey with all applicable local state, federal and international laws in regards to possession and use of any item purchased from comet pocket knives. There is absolutely no sales to minors, by placing an order with comet pocket knives the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that he or she is of legal age of 18.we will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us. Comet pocket knives are sold as collectables for hunting or work related use; we do not promote or encourage the use of knives as weapons to inflict harm on others.
